All Layered by OK products are 3D printed and made to order, and due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final sales.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at contact@layeredbyok.com, and we'll do our best to make it right.

When will I get my order?
As all orders are made-to-order, we will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
