Refund policy

All Layered by OK products are 3D printed and made to order, and due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at contact@layeredbyok.com, and we'll do our best to make it right.
